J1 Waiver Job Recruiters

Health Care Employers

We specialize in helping health care facilities find qualified foreign physicians for their staffing needs.  All medical facilities are capable of sponsoring foreign physicians for an H-1B work visa.  However, only facilities located in a health profession shortage area (HPSA), medically underserved area or population (MUA/MUP) may sponsor a foreign physician for a J1 waiver.

The majority of foreign medical graduates (FMGs) in the US will need a J1 waiver before they can obtain a work visa to practice at your facility. The FMG obtains their medical training in the US on a J1 visa. In order to obtain this visa they must promise to return to their home country for two years upon completion of their training. However, the law allows the FMG to obtain a waiver of this requirement if they agree to work in an underserved area for three years.

For other physicians who have already obtained a waiver or who are practicing with another work visa, you may simply file a work visa application for them to transfer to your facility.

We regularly have large numbers of FMGs contact us who are seeking an appropriate J1 waiver job opportunity.  If you are considering a qualified FMG for your staffing needs, we will be able to assist you.

Because we work on a contingency basis, you will be charged only when you successfully hire one of our foreign physician candidates and when the foreign physician begins working for your facility.
